Generation Equality Action

Is a strategic initiative of the Africa Center for Governance Studies (ACGS) dedicated to advancing women’s leadership and political participation across Africa.

Grounded in a rights-based and evidence-driven approach, the initiative seeks to address systemic barriers that limit women’s representation in governance and decision-making processes. It does so by strengthening leadership capacity, influencing policy environments, and delivering targeted interventions that enable women to lead effectively at both local and national levels.
